1. Spinach is a multi-cut variety.
2. Larger leaves at the base of the plant and small leaves higher on the flowering stem.
3. Spinach typically takes place 50-55 days from sowing to reaching full maturity 5-6 times harvesting to be undertaken.
4. Leaves are very dark and grow to a height of 30 cm long and 10-15 cm broad. For a winter crop, use 4-6 kg, and for a summer crop 10-15 kg. of seed per acre. Seed should be sown 3-4 cm deep in rows at 20 cm apart
