German Winter is a bushy plant with broad leaves that can be used for field or
greenhouse production for fresh or dried products, Excellent seasoning for soups, i.e. clam chowder, as well as poultry, stews, sauces, pickles, and salads. A classic, easy-to-grow perennial herb for rockeries or containers, this winter-hardy variety has a good yield and flavor. It does not need much watering or feeding once established. Harvest leaves before fragrant blossoms open mid-summer to flavor just about anything, especially meat, fish and poultry, vinegar, and beans.

We recommend you to plant in a medium-size pot with a good ‘Potting Mix’. In case you are planting in soil, do add ‘Vermicompost’, ‘Neem Cake Powder’ & Multi-Nutrient Mix for better germination & growth. Recommended for spring, autumn, and winter production.
